kundalini yoga. or not.

i woke up reasonably early today. i had planned to go to a kundalini yoga class. i put my new gym gear on, i still like it yay and headed to town. i waited and waited and no one came. no teacher, no students. so i assumed the class was cancelled or something. i was a bit annoyed. i was considering going to the gym instead but i was put off and hungry. and tired. so instead, i went home, ate some soup and went back to bed.
maybe it's a good thing it was cancelled as i will be going to london on saturdays because my uni runs some saturday sessions which look like they can be useful.

so no yoga for me today. or any exercise, for that matter. i'm planning to go to the gym tomorrow, but there's a slight problem. mark's got a gig and he has to be there for three. so i'd have to go quite early (i would do the whole programme which would take me a like two and half hours) and i'm not sure i want to do that. i have to study and if i get up early i won't have the energy. so i don't know.

doesn't look good, does it?

but, i'm going for a physiotherapy session for my back on monday. i'm not sure what exactly they're going to do with me as it's my first session but perhaps it will involve exercise.

foodwise, i'm torn. i can't decide whether to eat chinese noodles today or not. i have the points, over twice as many points even. but it's the weigh in day tomorrow and i'm scared they'll make me retain water and i won't lose as much. and then, i will want chow mein tomorrow anyway, so... maybe i'll just eat half a portion of mark's noodles?

--------------------

i decided to have noodles with beansprouts. i ate about 3/4 of it and i gulped a litre of water right afterwards. so i keep going to the toilet every ten minutes but i don't mind as long as it flushes all the salt out and i'll have a loss tomorrow.

wish me luck!
