no loss no gain

i'm 63.5 kg again. i'm kind of happy with that as i really ate shit food all week, deliberately though. i was hoping for a little 0.1 kg loss, after all, i've stayed within points every day and i've managed to earn 17 bonus points, but it didn't happen. oh well. however, according to my scale, i've lost 0.9% body fat and gained 0.5 kg of muscle.

last week's body fat %: 30.2%
this week's body fat %: 29.3%

last week's muscle weight: 42.8 kg
this week's muscle weight: 43.3 kg

this means i've reached one of the little goals - to have less than 30% body fat. yay!

i can open my mouth ok now, i can chew ok, although i can't bite chunks off food, like i can't eat an apple unless i cut it up. so there's no need for me to eat shit now. i'll go back to my normal eating with little treats every day. and once i've finished taking the antibiotics, i'll be back in the gym. so there should be a loss next sunday! ;)
