busy

i know i haven't posted for a while and i'm sorry. but i have a valid excuse. i have shitloads of studying to do. i'm trying to catch up as i've missed the first two weeks of the term and even though we're in week 4 now, i've only just started looking at materials from week 3. i'm determined to catch up by week 6 and that means that i have to work really hard.

i kinda wish i didn't have to go to spanish anymore because i could use that time to study for uni or rest. but it's not to be. the course finishes at the end of november so still a whole month to go. i also go to the tango class on tuesdays and that's cool, because it's doing something different, my brain can have a rest from studying and is engaged in a different activity.

eating is ok, i'm staying within points. the exercise suffered this last week because i was taking antibiotics and painkillers and it really is not a good idea to combine these with exercise. but i'm planning to go to the gym tomorrow evening. i'm also going to go to kundalini yoga classes on saturday. it would be really good if i could get into yoga again and i've never tried kundalini yoga before.

i can totally see how busy people forget to eat. i had breakfast, a couple of guylian shells and have been putting off lunch since about half two. i have to leave for the spanish class in 45 minutes so i better go and make something or i'll be starving otherwise!
