yay! i love weightwatchers!

you have probably guessed that i lost this week. and yes i did i did i did! 0.8 kg! so i'm 63.5 kg now. how exciting is that! very :) i also lost some centimeters - i measure 74 around my waist (74.5 cm last week) and 83 cm around my stomach (84.5 cm last week)

i get a real kick out of looking at that chart. the line's going down, not straight or up and the 10% goal is getting closer and closer.

i'm now doing these equations in my head - i have 8 weeks until we go to slovakia. if i lose 0.8 kg every week, i'll have lost 6.4 kg by the time we go. this means i'd weigh 57.1 kg. that would be so so so amazing. but, it probably won't happen. i can always try and hope though!

right, this was the good news. the bad news is that one of my wisdom teeth is growing and it hurts like hell. especially when i open my mouth. last time this happened, the tooth chose a perfect time to grow - when i had my surgery. they say you can't hurt in two places at the same time, but i certainly did. my dentist has recommended on numerous occassions i have them all taken out but i'm such a chicken. but i'm in a process of booking a consultation with an orthodontist and if they say i'd need to have the wisdom teeth taken out, i'll think about it.

0.8 kg! yay!
