new machines

i went to the gym today as planned and the new machines are cool! they have these 'wave' machines that simulate freestyle cross country skiing and are quite hard work. there's also this 'power plate' machine, i think once i've done my current exercise programme for 6 week, i might ask tim to incorporate the power plate into the new programme? it looks quite cool.

this is what i did in the gym today:
*5 mins warm up on the bike
*15 mins bike - intensive - covered 6.53 km (together with warm up)
*tricep dips - 3x12
*chops - 10 kg - 3x12 - these are bloody evil!
*abs
*lower back extensions 2x20
*calf extensions - 45 kg - 3x12
*10 mins on the wave machine - 1.12 km
*10 mins crosstrainer - 0.53 km

i didn't work as hard as last sunday, but i'm doing the harder half of the programme tomorrow.

weigh in day tomorrow. i'm quite excited and am hoping for a nice loss. but we'll see.
