a healthy shopping trolley
i just have to show you this. look!

this is our shopping trolley from about two days ago. all healthy food! there's the obvious healthy stuff, two quorn cottage pies and a potato salad. the potato salad has mayo in it, but it's 60% less fat, and really, it's just 1.5 points per 100 g. so not bad. and it's very nice with quorn southern style burgers.
of course, mark had to ruin this perfect trolley by buying microwave pizzas (for him) and frozen chips (for him).
i didn't go to the gym yesterday because mark needed a haircut and the appointment available was exactly when i would have gone to the gym. so i went with him and walked around shops. i went to debenhams and bought new gym outfit! all the nike stuff was 20% off, i tried on three things - one pair of trousers and two tops and loved the trousers and one of the tops. so i got them.
it's weird, because a couple of weeks ago, i went to selfridges and tried to buy some gym clothes. i tried on like 10 pairs of trousers and 8 tops (seriously) and nothing looked good. i've lost weight since then, but not a really significal amount.
today, i'm going to cook savoy cabbage soup. i like it a lot and i've never cooked it before. my mom gave me the recipe yesterday though so i should be ok. i'm quite looking forward to making and eating it!
apart from that, i'm going to study geochemistry today, something about bonding. should be fun!
