a student
this morning, mark woke me up and said i had a big letter. i opened it, rather slowly because i was so weak from sleep. it was a letter (and student handbook and health and safety for field trips) from university. they offered me a place! how exciting! it's just provisional, but i should be getting a confirmation letter from the registry and then i enrol and pay and i'm a proper student! how exciting! i'm going to be a scientist! :D
i also had an appointment with a back doctor today. the first thing he said was 'so, you're 24'. but i explained that i had back problems since i was about 12. he made me do all the bends and arm lifts and then he said i had a slight scoliosis which affects whichever joint and so i need to have some physio and see if that helps. i really hope it will.
i tried two new fruits today - asian pear (lovely) and cherimoya (disgusting). i ate only 16 points out of 20 allowed, but i really couldn't think of anything else to eat, i wasn't hungry and i didn't want to eat bad stuff just to eat all the points.
i also earnt one bonus point for half an hour walk in tesco ;)

Anon here!
I only just realised I didn't have to be anonymous if I don't have a blogger identity.
Congratulations on two counts - first the healthier eating. It sounds like the structure of WW is really suiting you well, helping you to not undereat and then overeat.
Secondly - a student - that's awesome! Remind us again what your course is in?
